ODESSA, TEXAS/SEPTEMBER 16, 2019-SEPTEMBER 15TH, AT APPROXIMATELY 5:04 AM, ODESSA POLICE RESPONDED TO MURPHY AND WEST LOOP 338 IN REFERENCE TO A TRAIN PEDESTRIAN CRASH. DURING THE INVESTIGATION, IT WAS REVEALED THAT A MALE SUBJECT, LATER IDENTIFIED AS RODOLFO HERNANDEZ, 43 YEARS OF AGE, WAS STRUCK AND KILLED BY AUNION PACIFIC TRAIN. NEXT OF KIN HAVE NOTIVIED AND THE INVESTIGATION CONTINUES. ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16TH, ODESSA FIRE-RESCUE WERE DISPATCHED AT 1:38PM TO A STRUCTURE FIRE IN THE 1300 BLOCK OF BOATWRIGHT. ODESSA FIRE RESCUE ARRIVED AT 1:42 PM, AND FOUND 45 YEAR OLD DECEASED FEMALE. (CPL.
