ODESSA, TEXAS/NOVEMBER 29, 2019-AN OFFICER WITH THE ODESSA POLICE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO THE 1400 BLOCK OF SPUR BETWEEN CAMBRIDGE AND DISNEY STREETS, IN REFERENCE TO A GUNSHOT VICTIM. THE VICTIM IDENTIFIED AS DAVID YOUNG, 50 YEARS OF AGE WAS FOUND WITH A SINGLE FUNSHOT WOUND. YONG WAS TRANSPORTED TO MEDICAL CENTER HOSPITAL, AND LATER SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURY. WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED THE SUSPECT IDENTIFIED AS WILLIAM CLIFF GOBLE, 60 YEARS OF AGE WAS STILL ON THE SCENE. IT WAS REVEALED DURING THE INVESTIGATION, THAT THE MURDER WAS DUE TO A DISTURBANCE OVER A TRAFFIC DISPUTE.THE SUSPECT WAS DETAINED AND LATER CHARGED AND ARRESTED WITH MURDER, FELONY-1. POLVON WAS ARRESTED AT HIS RESIDENCE WITHOUT INCIDENT. HE IS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF CAPITAL MURDER, IN THE DEATHS OF TIFFANY NICOLE POLVON, 35 YEARS OF AGE AND JOSEPH GRANADO 36 YEARS OF AGE. THE EVENT FEATURED CUSTOM DESIGN LOWRIDERS, BIKES AND MOTORCYCLES AS WELL AS FEMALE MODELS TAKING PICTURES WITH VISITORS AT THE EVENT.
