DRB MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS DIGITAL NEWS(081621)-ODESSA POLICE INVESTIGATING RASH OF VANDALISMS

Odessa, Texas/August 16, 2021-The Odessa Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance with a rash of vandalisms that occurred early Sunday morning in North Odessa.  
Investigation revealed criminal mischiefs occurred at Burger King located at (1920 East 42nd Street), Dairy Queen located at(2761 North Grandview), Starbucks located at(2016 East 42nd Street), Kelly Moore Paint located at(2901 North Grandview) and MCH Primary Care located at (1940 East 42nd Street).
It is believed that the same suspect is responsible for all 5 incidents. No shootings ever occurred at any of the locations and there were no reports of any injuries. At this time no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
Odessa Police asks if Anyone who has surveillance footage of any of these incidents contact the Odessa Police Department at 432-335-3333. If you wish to remain anonymous and seek a reward, you must contact Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS and reference Case #21-0013441.

DRB MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS DIGITAL NEWS(081221)-MIDLAND POLICE DEPARTMENT MURDER INVESTIGATION UPDATE

Midland, Texas/August 12, 2021-Two males, identified as 18-year-old Cole Moody and 20-year-old Joshua Garza, were found to be involved in the murder of Brycen Richardson. Midland Police found Richardson with a gunshot wound to the chest in the 100 block of O street in Midland at 3:36am on June 14th, 2021. Richardson was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased

Next of kin was notified.

On Friday, July 16th, 2021, Cole Moody was interviewed by detectives, and charged with murder and transported to Midland County Jail.

On Thursday, August 12th, 2021, an arrest warrant was issued for Joshua Garza for murder. Garza remains at large.
