Odessa, Texas/May 19, 2020-On May 12, 2021 at approximately 5:55 PM, a robbery occurred at N-N-Out, located at 3226 West 10th Street. Investigation revealed that an unknown male subject pointed a gun at the employee and demanded all of the money from the registers. The suspect then fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. DRB MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS DIGITAL NEWS(051921A)-MCSO CONDUCTING INVESTIGATION OF ORGANIZED CRIME

Midland, Texas/May 19, 2021-The Midland County Sheriff’s Department has been conducting an investigation of organized crime and theft for several months with the assistance of the Texas Rangers, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation began in September of 2020 when the Midland County Auditor’s office reported a possible theft by Vector Fleet Management and/or employees of the company.

During the investigation, it was discovered that John Warren of Vector Fleet Management had submitted fraudulent invoices to Midland County in the amount of $1,003,776.66.

Vector Fleet management revealed that John Warren had charged $1,319,588.88 to false companies on the company credit card.

Based on the findings of the investigation, it was determined that Justin Warren knowingly participated in helping John Warren commit the offense of theft. In addition to the theft, it was determined that John Warren, Cynthia Warren, and Justin Warren intentionally participated in the profits of the theft. Therefore, engaging in organized crime.

John L. Warren and Cynthia Warren were arrested on Monday, (May 17, 2021) in Lowndes County, Georgia with assistance from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office.

John L. Warren was arrested for Theft >$300k, F1 Bond SET AT $1 million, Engaging in Criminal Activity, F1, Bond SET AT $500k. Cynthia Warren was arrested for Engaging in Criminal Activity, F1, Bond SET AT $500k.

Approximately 50 vehicles and equipment were seized in Lowndes County, Georgia. Approximately 24 vehicles and equipment were seized in Odessa, Texas. This is an ongoing criminal investigation. We will This is DRB MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS DIGITAL NEWS.

DRB MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS DIGITAL NEWS(051721)-CLARA JASSMIN LEDWARD WANTED BY ODESSA POLICE

Odessa, Texas/May 17, 2021-On Sunday, May 16, 2021 at approximately 8:59pm, Odessa Police responded to the 2000 block of East 7th Street in reference to a check welfare. Odessa Police later located a deceased male, identified as Jacob Ledward, 24 years of age. Next of kin have been notified.

At this time Clara Jassmin Ledward, 29 years of age, is wanted in connection to this investigation. Anyone with information in reference to her whereabouts contact the Odessa Police Department at 432-333-3641 or Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS.
