CHAVIYA CROSBY, 18 YEARS-OF-AGE AND TWO 16 YEAR-OLDS MALES HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED ROBBERY “1ST DEGREE FELONY”. ON FEBRUARY 8TH AT APPROXIMATELY 12:36 PM, ODESSA POLICE RESPONDED TO PERMIAN BASIN MOTOR SPORTS & MORE LOCATED AT 1413 NORTH COUNTY ROAD WEST IN REFERENCE TO A ROBBERY. THE COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT THEY WERE ROBBED BY UNKNOWN SUBJECTS INSIDE OF A THE LOCAL BUSINESS. THE COMPLAINANT ALSO REPORTED THAT THE SUSPECTS FIRED ROUNDS AT A CUSTOMER WHILE FLEEING THE SCENE IN A GRAY JEEP. THERE WERE NO REPORTS OF ANY INJURIES.
