“OUR LARGEST ONE IS CALLED CHOCOLATE DECADENCE AND THAT HAPPENS IN FEBRUARY RIGHT BEFORE VALENTINE’S DAY. THAT EVENT IN ANY GIVE YEAR RAISES IN BETWEEN 35 AND 40 PERCENT OF OUR ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET. SO, IT’S A BIG NIGHT FOR US, AND IT’S ALL KINDS OF FUN.”
