(MICHAEL GOMEZ, FORMER PARAMEDIC) THE MESSAGE FROM MICHAEL GOMEZ IS FOR FIRST RESPONDERS NOT TO BOTTLE UP EMOTIONS AFTER RESPONDING TO HIGH STRESS SCENES, BUT DEAL WITH THEM HEAD-ON.
