CHILDREN AND ADULTS PRESENTED TRADITIONAL DIA DE LOS MUERTOS FACE PAINTING AND COSTUMES (JESSE PORRAS, LULAC/HISPANIC HERITAGE OF ODESSA) THE DAY OF THE DEAD IS A MEXICAN HOLIDAY CELEBRATED THROUGHOUT MEXICO. THE MULTI-DAY HOLIDAY BRINGS TOGETHER FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO PRAY AND REMEMBER LOVED ONES THAT HAVE DIED, AND HELPING THOSE WHO HAVE PASSED IN THEIR SPIRITUAL JOURNEY. THE PARADE BEGAN FROM POOL ROAD AND DIXIE AND FEATURED THE MARIACHI CLASS FROM ECTOR MIDDLE SCHOOL,; DAY OF THE DEAD FACE PAINTINGS AND FLOATS.
