ODESSA, TEXAS/FEBRUART 5, 2020-JESUS HOUSE EXTENDED OPEN ARMS TO THE HOMELESS, AND THOSE NEEDING A MEAL TODAY, SEVERAL PEOPLE CAME TO THE WAMRING CENTER TO GET OUT FROM THE COLD AND SNOWY WEATHER TO ENJOY HOT COFFEE AND HOT CHOCOLATE, HOT MEAL, AS WELL AS MOVIES AND TELEVISION PROGRAMING THROUGHOUT THE DAY. I STEPPED OUTSIDE A WHILE AGO TO GRAB SOME HAND WARMERS, AND STEPPED IN AND SOME OF MY FEET ARE FROZEN RIGHT NOW. AND SO I CAN JUST IMAGIN HAVE TO WALK AROUND THE CITY ALL DAY, AND NOT HAVE A PLACE TO COME WARM-WARM YOURSELF UP.” LEONARD E. THEY OFFER A HOT MEAL, ESPECIALLY ON COLD COLD DAYS LIKE IT IS TODAY, WITH THE SNOW AND EVERYTHING. YOU COME HERE AND GET HOT COFFEE, HOT CHOCOLATE-HANG OUT-SOCIALIZE, FELLOWSHIP-CATCHING UP WITH PEOPLE YOU HAVEN’T SEEN IN A WHILE.” DONNY KYKER THE DIRECTOR OF JESUS HOUSE, AND THE WARM CENTER WILL BE KEEPING AN EYE ON THE WINTERY WEATHER.
